When you submit a ChatGPT share link, our servers temporarily process the contents of that link solely for the purpose of formatting and generating a PDF document.

3. Data Storage

We do not save your conversations. The extraction process occurs in memory, and extracted data is returned directly to your browser. No transcripts or user prompts are stored in any database owned by ChatExporter. Once your PDF is generated, the temporary data is discarded.

4. Third-Party Services

Our service relies on accessing public links hosted by OpenAI. As such, any data you make public via a share link is subject to OpenAI's privacy policies. We are not affiliated with OpenAI.

5. Analytics

We may use basic web analytics (such as Google Analytics or Vercel Analytics) to understand general site traffic and usage patterns. This data is aggregated and does not contain personal information or the contents of your chats.
